Steve, Shaun and Garet did an amazing job. Very hard working crew and more importantly they do EXCELLENT work. SNM was extremely accommodating to all our requests and communication was top notch. They were able to tear down a load bearing wall to open up our kitchen/living room area, install a custom island, replaced our old canec ceilings, cover up our ugly tongue and groove walls, new vinyl flooring, full bathroom/kitchen remodel, replaced all our old jalousie windows with new vinyl sliders, new entry and bedroom doors, etc. They were by far the best contractor I ever dealt with. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family. It has been 9 months since our remodel was completed, and everything is still perfect with zero issues. Thank you very much Steve and crew

This review is LONG over due! Vince was AMAZING! He was very professional, clean, and listened to what I wanted. For our bathroom remodel we ran into several surprises along the way and had to change things up. I also changed my mind on colors and Materials 3 times and he continued to be patient with me through the process. He fixed the toilet which wasn't apart of the original deal, he had to custom fit my cabinets in because of the awkward layout, we had to change out the tub because it would fit right, I wanted this mini wall which he built in, and I kept adding small extras along the way. The only cons I had was the job took longer than expected but I don't blame him because of all the issues we ran into, that were due to surprise once everything was ripped out and the paint they used in the bathroom wasn't very good quality but again I don't blame him because part of our negotiating was I wanted a "simple, low cost remodel". The price we EXTREMELY fair especially for all the changes and all the other quotes I received. I also added a closet remodel to the job which turned out very cute! In the end he stay in budget as originally discussed even with the additions and changes. I would hire him in a heart beat again

Gemini (Vince Parrino) did an entire remodel of our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium unit at 1350 Ala Moana Boulevard. Basically gutted everything and re-did the ceiling, lighting, walls, flooring, bathroom and kitchen. Very easy to work with and did a fantastic job of working with the building management in coordinating the work. End product looks fantastic with great customer service and value for the money. Vince also did a couple of bathroom remodels and upgrades in our home. Highly recommend

Project went very well, Vice is very creative and designed 2 bathroom vanities out of repurposed furniture, a floating vanity for the master bath and a non-floating for the guest bath which required resizing to fit the space. Tile work was exceptional, very detail oriented.

Project went very well, although permit delays made for a long time line. Permit delays were not related to contractors work. Once permit was complete all work was performed on time and professionally. Very happy with the final outcome. Previous job was time and materials. This one I was responsible for materials which in the long run probably didn't really save me much as Vince is very good about finding good product for a good price

I had Visionary Building Group come in and evaluate my home to replace the flooring and to give our home a new paint job. Since our home is a 2 story home, and full of furniture and a lot of personal belongings, Cory and his team graciously worked with us and gave us a plan on the order of rooms he would start out with. He took the time to give us options on the type of flooring we should get and gave us ways to cut costs on the materials needed for the work that was going to be done on our home. This was very important to us, especially because of the shut down during the pandemic. Cory and his team would let us know when they were coming in and how long they would be in our home. This gave us peace of mind, giving us enough time to move our items from room to room instead of renting a storage room for a month. When it was time to do the kitchen, we discovered that the cabinets next to our stove were damaged. He gave us some time to get new cabinets and installed it for us. Wow!! We're used to Change Orders and for him to do it for us, blew our mind. Same as the bathrooms, during the floor renovation, he found issues and he resolved them for us. Usually, contractors will let you know what's wrong and then do a change order. So Grateful that we got Visionary Building Group to come in, inspect our home and install our flooring and paint the inside our home, it was time to get rid of the stained up carpet and update our home. His vision for our home came out way better than we expected it. Now we just need a landscaper to do our yard

Kyle has done truly fantastic work for us in a very reasonable amount of time. Our church decided to renovate our church cottage and convert it from a Sunday school house into a parsonage for our pastor to live. Our cottage had no bathrooms or bedrooms and was a large open space. With Kyle's help and input we were able to draw up blueprints to convert the space into a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a new kitchen, utility room, and living room. We had several ideas and he helped us refine them and told us when we were on the right path or when it was unrealistic. Within a month we were able to have a viable plan to begin construction and our pastor was able to move in after three months of work. This included reorganizing walls, running electric/water, floors, installing closets, new kitchen cabinets/appliances, a water heater, washer/dryer hookups, new windows, doors, and termite damage repair. He was flexible when we needed to bring in separate crews to do fumigation, A/C units, and roof repairs. He worked with the other contractors to make sure they had what they needed (delaying drywall for a week and finding other projects to do so the A/C crew could run cords inside the wall; running exhausts a week earlier than planned so the roofers could single around them...etc). He has always been very professional and his work is beautiful. He takes such pride in his work and will make sure your projects look their best. Kyle is easy to get ahold of and communication has been open throughout the entire project. I would definitely work with Kyle again
